Yes. While our primary focus is residential care, we can create custom packages for vacation homes or rental properties that need consistent check-ins between guests or during vacancies.

If your package includes video reporting, you’ll receive a geo-verified video link via email shortly after each visit. The video includes a timestamp and GPS confirmation to validate the visit, along with a walkthrough summary. You can view it securely from any device, anywhere.

Yes, we provide a receipt for every service visit or package purchased. GST is added to all pricing as required by law and is clearly itemized on your invoice or receipt. We are a registered business and can provide proper documentation for personal or insurance records upon request.

We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, and bank payments. Payment details are provided upon booking, and you’ll receive a receipt once payment is completed. For recurring services, monthly billing options are available.
